Our experience with United has been great. Jacob has always responded our inquiries in a timely manner. The process, as well as what was included was explained to us very clearly, so there were no surprises or hidden fees. We had a minor hiccup with the destination handler and United Movers responded quickly and efficiently. Overall we are very happy with the moving process and we would definitely recommend this company to our friends.
