they came on time they load everything on the truck pretty fast it only took them 4 hours to load a 2bedroom house. We got 3 men that are very nice thou one barely speaks english but still ok. My estimated time of delivery is suppose to be 2 days but they arrived the 3rd day but still happy got all my stuffs in the same truck and same driver fairly happy my cost increased by $200 because of the packing but i understand because they need to crate my piano to protect it. overall experience was very satisfied. give them an A! happy customer!
