Do not use this company. I had damaged items and they promised to send a claim form but didn't; They gave me a Not to exceed price but when they delivered the driver wanted more but couldn't produce a weight ticket before loading my items. They guaranteed that they use only their own trucks and employess but don't and they brokered it out. They didn't inventory the load and did not deliver all of my possesions; they don't answer their phones and you only get answering machines and email is returned.
