Never use this company - South North Vanlines Moving and Storage LLC. out of North Bergen, NJ!!!!!!!!!!! They showed up the day of the move and said it would cost me $1,800 CASH ONLY. This was double the original estimate of $900 which went up to $1045 the day before. This is a shady company that should be investigated! We sent them away on the spot! Thank God for U-Haul. We were able to get a 14 foot truck that day and hire guys to move stuff out of a New York apartment and into one in Boston. We drove the truck ourselves which was fine. U-Haul even had drivers available for a fee. We were thrilled with U-Haul stay away from South North Vanlines - I'm convinced they would have stolen our stuff.
