Non-responsive customer service to inquiries about delivery date, failure to pay claim for damage and excessive cubic feet charge. Goods were smashed broken in half; no respect or care demonstrated. Definitely do not do business with this company. Check Better Business Bureau site for "F" rating and a long list of complaints.
