I will never use this mover again. Movers were not professional, only one could speak English. I was charged $1000 more than quoted. Many items were broken and damaged. Oil from lawn mower was spilled on belongings. BBQ was dumped on our things. I was given a number for customer service which is an answering machine and my call is not returned. When I call main number, Craig is never "in the office". Our brand new $3000 safe is dinged, scraped and marred.
Our dining table is ruined, can only be used if covered by table cloth. Lamps were broken, walls in our new home scraped.
I do not recommend this mover!
