I was not told before hand on some of the chargers. I felt that we were over charge
on the extra sq footage by movers. Movers were not careful stocking our boxes
even though we mark all the boxes (RED TAPE, GLASS, FRAGILE,DO NOT STAKE ON
TOP) Over all i was please by the effort of management to resolve some of the
issues.
