They were professional and even though they only moved it downstairs, they wrapped it up with cloth and straps just to ensure no damage occurred, this I was not expecting, but it shows they went above and beyond my expectations to ensure the piano was moved properly and safely. If I ever need to move in the future, they will certainly be my first choice from this experience. Keep up the great work!
