The administration of the move was fine. But the crew was quite sketchy, one in particular. I saw them loading up a bench from my apartment complex and covering it with moving blankets. I thought, ok probably shouldn't get involved while they have all my stuff. Although I was dumb to think theft would only be limited to other people's things. They stole over $300 in electronics from me. You could use this mover, but be sure you itemize everything and make sure it all gets to your new place. Since the coverage for the missing items is $0.60/lb I plan on getting back about $3 if anything at all. Good luck!
