*Quote varied greatly from Actual. I was given the Actual price AFTER my goods were already on the truck
*Driver at pickup insisted I leave my home unattended while I go to the bank to withdraw cash to pay in full
*Difficult to obtain a delivery date
*Only one person showed up to deliver my goods. He was irritable and unstable - therefore, I feared for my safety. I asked him to unload the goods in the garage and leave
*Additionally, the driver threw a temper tantrum when I asked him to reassemble the items that were taken apart - 3 items: 1 bed, 2 chrome racks
*When I reported my experience to Josh, who won me over when he said, "I will be your personal assistant throughout the move," he completely disappeared
**Unprofessional, lacks integrity, does not communicate well
