When I hired this moving company it was with some trepidation. I know they have good reviews, but I've hired companies with good reviews in the past and still had bad experiences. However, I liked that it is their policy to ensure each customer is 100% satisfied, so I gave them a try. Well I'm glad I did because they were great! They arrived on time which is more than I can say for many other moving companies and they were incredibly respectful of my belongings! Not a single thing broke in the entire process and that to me was impressive as I moved from Upstate NY to Pennsylvania. Also, they were really communicative, making sure I knew exactly where my belongings were and what the process would be like. They really took care of me and I appreciate their honesty and clear integrity. This is a gem among moving companies, a real diamond in the rough. I give them my whole hearted recommendation.
