This is just a follow up from the review I posted in September. I filed a claim for my damaged and missing items to Bakers insurance. There's about $1600 in damage to be paid to me. In hind sight, I would've gladly paid $2000 more from a more recognizable and credible company. However, Bakers said they would not cover my XBOX360 with the accessories (games), other missing items and the damage to my doorway caused by the driver who really wasn't even an employee for Green Van Lines. I called Guy (the same person who wrote a positive review for his own company on his website) and he didn't know what to do. He didn't know the claims process and acted surprised that I would call him about this. I remember after the move when I had spoken to him about the problems, I admitted to him that I had high expectations. What's funny is that he agreed that my expectations were too high. So if you expect a smooth uncomplicated move, without damage to your belongings or missing, I strongly suggest avoiding this company. These would be too high of expectations that they admittedly cannot meet. Don't be fooled by all the positive reviews here, they're probably from people that Guy knows personally or are his employees.
