Lack of care

Booking was fast and easy. However, I did not find out the pick-up date time and date until 7:30 the night before. Delivery was prompt, but they were a bit late and didn't call ahead. My major problem was the lack of care they took with my belongings. I'm a frequent mover, and have never experienced this much breakage. Boxes were turned sideways and upside-down. The teams at both ends were polite, but I will never use this company again. I did tip $150.00. Major problems: Lack of information on timing, lack of care with my belongings.
