Before the move and during the move I received good to fair service. Customer Service AFTER THE MOVE is null and void. They turn the damage problem over to a 3rd party (Anthem Claim Management LLC) source who also has no customer service skills and no verbal contact. It is a straight 60 cents a pound for loss. However, Anthem Claim Management does not take the actual weight of the items damaged. I am very dissatisfied with this policy. I had breakage and loss and replacement cost will be $500.00. They have offered $100. and that is their final offer. If I had to do over, I would go with a well established known company over a local one.
