Break your stuff and no reimbursement

                            It has been over a year since our move and we are still trying to get money reimbursed for the thermostat that the movers broke.  When you call their office  number a call center will answer, take a message and then no one will return your call.  The nice call center lady does not know how you can speak to an employee of the company. It's so shady.   
I have called numerous times throughout the year,  sent my receipt for reimbursement,  and emailed them as well.   Nothing.  No response.   No call.  No reimbursement. 
This company is the worst.   I will be filling a complaint with the regulators and sending a letter to the BBB.
