The movers were scheduled to arrive between 4 and 6pm on the day of the scheduled move (which we only knew about because we kept calling them). However, at 1pm on the following day the movers had yet to arrive. When we were finally able to reach someone on the phone, we were told the truck had broken down. I understand that things happen, but the lack of communication is unacceptable. We were then told they would arrive within 2 hours. When the new time frame came and went we called back only to be told that they were no longer going to service our move! No explanation. No suggestions for how to get our belongings from Alabama to Georgia - and no apology!! This whole experience with them has been terrible from start to finish! I would NEVER recommend them to anyone. Very unreliable and very unprofessional!!!
