I had to cancel a move for September due to unforeseen circumstances and was not refunded my deposit of 326 dollars. Never was I informed there is a no refund policy. When I called to find out about the refund, I kept being transferred to different people until finally someone told me no refund. This is July for a September move date. Plenty of notice. This company should not be allowed in business.
