                            They require 5 business days notice to cancel your move in order to get a refund.  They let me know less than 24 hours before the move that they could not make my delivery on time.  I could not cancel because it was less than 5 business days.
They charge you $300 per day that they have to wait around to deliver your goods if you are not available to unload.  If they are late they will only refund you $100 per day.
If you try to file a complaint with the BBB there response will include lies so it looks like they did nothing wrong.
They will make no effort to contact you to remedy any situations.
