Sleazy company

This company gives moving companies a bad name. BQM quoted me $95/hour for a total of 3.5 hours (3 hours for move and .5 hour for transportation). They wound up charging me 5 hours for the move and 1.5 hours for transportation. My feeling is that this company was just not reasonable and sleazy. Whether intentional or not, they charged me 200% more time for travel than they estimated. While I realize it was a non-binding contract, a honest business would realize that they erred and change the bill accordingly. Also, their estimated time for moving increased 66%.
