This company provided the worst moving experience of my life. My husband is a veteran and we have had plenty of moves in the past...this was a NIGHTMARE!!!
"Robert Michaels" sold an excellent scam the day he got my deposit. This company will WAY underestimate your weight , tell you anything you want to hear, take your money and damage your items and break your heart.
This is a moving broker. They are scam artists. Nothing that comes out of their mouth is true.
My movers showed up 3 days late in a Budget rental truck at 5:30 PM. They doubled my original estimate and refused to let me go to a weight station with them.
My stuff was put into storage and I was told to call one week before I wanted delivery.. I called July 2 and had to wait until July 18 for delivery. My stuff arrived looking like it went thru a tornado. The semi was loaded so carelessly that I wanted to cry. Several items were broken and they take no responsibility for it.
The driver also refused to reweigh.
My move ended up costing me $3,000 more than I expected because the salesman LIED about EVERYTHING.
PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!
