I made a huge mistake by not using this company. I went with budget van lines. they screwed everything up. I called scott after budget screwed me. he did everything he could to help me. he was able to line up a truck THAT DAY to get my stuff. he bent over backwards to help me even tho I had originally told him no. that's real customer service.
