I picked this company because they were so helpful on the phone and made me feel like I was going to be taken care of. Let's just say... I WAS NOT! They lied about the prices (lots of hidden fews - if they show up at 9:15 they charge you from 9 AM, they charge to cover your furniture -which they have to do, they also charge an hour drive time), the workers did not care for my furniture (broke a leg on my chair), they took several smoke breaks.
When I called to, just, ask about the billing the guy told me to bad you signed the contract. I didn't want money back I just wanted him to promise to tell me the truth about their company when they call. He still did not care.
I actually messed up and confirmed another moving company the same day. They were on time and very careful with my stuff. I would recommend them for the 45 minutes I had them. 3 men movers.
