Terrible experience. No responsibility.No guarantee on delivery date. My furniture got broken and no response from claims department regarding my email. Despatch section works in silo mode and they dont know anything about the promises sales team is giving regarding delivery. No body picks up the call in despatch section. Drivers are taking their own good time to deliver items. My rating - less than 1.
