Terrible Customer Service

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They were referred to me by PODS. They packed a glass dining room table so poorly it was completely smashed when it arrived. They offered me $25 to replace the $800 table that was 1 year old. (Their liability was limited to this in the fine print.) Be sure you read their contract carefully. They called me annoyingly at least 5 times per day while we were loading and unlaoding but were slowed to respond when I filed a damage claim and have nit returned any of my e-mails. You can easily find better companies to use, that still have respect for the customer and accept responsibility for their mistakes.
