Without going into detail, if you have ever felt that gut wrenching deflated feeling from a loss, physical, emotional, etc. you know what it feels like to deal with this company. They have the potential to make a tremendously negative impact on your life. With the cost of the move (1 br ended up costing 5k) and the cost to replace the missing, damaged, nonfunctional items, I literally felt as if I was robbed and there is little I can do about it. Considering the amount of regulation that exists in this country, it blows my mind that a company such as this can legally operate.
