The receptionist is nice. Her name is Paris. She quoted $240 for 3 men, no truck, but she said one of the men will drive the trcuk I rent myself. So I reserved a 26 feet Uhaul. My move was set on May 1, 2012 at 9:30 a.m.. The night before my move, the owner called me at 11:00 p.m. and woke me up! He told me none of them can drive a truck! I told him I was told different. Now I am in trouble because I am a woman who does not drive a truck and I have already reserved a 26 feet Uhaul! The day of my move, May 1, at 9:00 .am., I picked up the Uhaul truck and had a friend come with me to drive the truck. I waited and waited for the movers with my truck and they NEVER CAME!! I called the guy who called me late at night and he kept sending me to his voicemail! When I finally got a hold of him, he answered the phone with a "sleepy voice" like I just woke him up! He told me that his movers are coming. So I waited and waited. Time was running and I didn't see the movers or hear from them. I also couldn't get a hold of the receptionist, Paris. All I got was her voicemail! The day progressed and it was getting late. The movers DID NOT COME at all and I never heard from the owner again! I ended up driving to Best Buy and hired men who picked up the pieces. What a mess! Experience Moving wasted my time! They are so unprofessional and inconsiderate! No integrity AT ALL!!
