Worst moving experience EVER !

Movers broke water pipe in my house while disconnecting washer and refused to pay for repair cost. Worst part of this incident is that they confirmed prior the moving date that I do not need to disconnect appliances myself and they will do it.
For 2 weeks after pick up date they could not tell me when my belongings will arrive and where they are located now.
Not all items arrived to the destination point and movers ignored my claims for 7 months until 3rd party got involved.
Total cost almost twice exceeded quote estimate. I had all my items weighted separately myself and I calculated weight of appliances from manufacture specs so I knew approximate total weight of all my items and I was really surprised to see weight receipt they presented to me.
