awful service - Waiting for delivery from last 60 days

I was promised by this moving company that my shipment will be delivered with 10-12 business days, but it has been more then 62 days I am still awaiting delivery. The shipment was to be delivered from Washington to California. I will never avail service from this mover again. Pathetic customer service and zero honesty.
