Worst moving company error! Liar and misconduct!

If you are using this company, don't expect that they could reimburse you if they broke your stuff.
The sales guy promised me that they could move piano before I booked, then ended up not knowing how to move a piano. They FELL my piano to the ground when moving.
Worse of all, for over 6 months, they've been delaying and ignoring my reimbursement claim even with my continuous contact effort. I still received no reimbursement from them at all.
Their arrogant attitude in the call and unwillingness to cooperate pissed me way off!
