I forgot to include some boxes when I listed my inventory, so when the movers picked up my stuff it turned out that I had 50 cf more. Luckly mine was a small move and they could accommodate those extra boxes on the truck at no additional charge. My sales representative was so professional, honest and mindful, he really helped me throughout my move. I appreciate their honesty and great service.
