The worst mover!

I ordered from this company, and they promised give me some free box prior the move by usps. However, I called many times, they promised me many times and finally, the box didn't come. I then searched the information on the internet, confirmed the dishonesty by many sacrificed persons. So, I have to cancel the move 1 day ago before my moving date. Fortunately, my next moving company is a BBB accredited one, and did a great job on my move. However, Acme Van Lines charged me some money and didn't refund to me. I have to dispute charge with them. To be honest, this is the worst moving company I have met! I wouldn't suggest it to anybody anymore!
