Foreman showed up 1.5 hrs late, then got angry because I had a walk-up (even though it was stated on his work order form). Finally started working 3 hrs late.
The firm uses day-laborers off the street - not professional movers.
The company wants to be paid before the work is done.
The workers severaly damaged my furniture, and broke about $400 in other items.
The workers gouged the walls from moving furniture.
I caught one worker rolling boxes down the steps!
When I called up to complain, the owner told me that she "loves her family". Who doesn't? But I still don't understand what that had to do with making my move one of the most terrible experiences of my life.
Do not use this company. I found out that they changed their name because of complaints on the Better Business Bureau. The original name was "Moving Supplies and More".
